Zoho Sprints Review

Zoho Sprints is a simple and clean online project management tool for agile teams to help them plan their sprints, track progress and deliver on time.

While Zoho Projects is a general-purpose project management software, Zoho Sprints is customized for software development teams.

So you’ll find tabs for things like Backlog, Scrum boards, and reports. The backlog tab allows users to post stories, tasks and tag bugs, all of which can be prioritized and labelled.

Each story has an estimated time, a priority rating and user assignment.

The Scrum tab allows users to monitor the progress made on these tasks. You can customize work statuses as per your requirement.

It also offers a Sprints meeting module that allows users to post project updates and reviews. It even has an activity feed that is basically a social media-like post-and-comment feed.

Zoho Sprints also provides tons of dashboards to help project managers analyze & improve performance. They have access to Velocity Charts, Flow diagrams and Burn down reports. In fact, they are all well-integrated into their main dashboard which allows users to get a good overview of everything that is going on in their projects.

Key benefits of Zoho Sprints is their ease of use, tons of useful features and plenty of integration. It provides features to support you in every aspect of project management – planning, scheduling, time tracking, daily management, team communication, reporting and analytics.
