Contrary to what most might think, Tuesday might be the best day to send your emails. According to a study by HubSpot, email open rate varies according to the company size – small, medium and large – and the number of email campaigns you send every month. So you need to adjust the number of monthly email campaigns according to the company size of your receipients.
Companies with 1-10 employees and 26-200 employees respond the best when you send them 16-30 email campaigns every month, with an average open rate of 35.3% and 32.3% respectively. However, large companies with more than 201 employees prefer lower email frequency. Their highest open rate was 32.2% at 3-5 monthly email frequency.
